Thank you, Rachel! I love storm clouds! I don't remember when I first heard about virga, but once I did, I always noticed it... We'd see it in the distance, wishing it was rain, but you know, "it's a dry heat", so dry, it even evaporates the rain. The beauty of the desert :)
