Hooray for rain in the Sonoran Desert. Thank you, rain dancer and storyteller for reporting the great news!

Please visit my gardens in Tucson, and join us for projects. We meet online to plan them. No pressure, know that you are welcome anytime.

And, muchas gracias for your bee-u-tea-full support of Wildlands.

Love, Robin, Loud Hawk, aka Poet with a Purpose. XX

Thank you, Robin! The rain was so unusual, but so nice! Speaking of rain dancers, we once saw Hopi rain dancers performing in Flagstaff, and by the end of their dance, as if summoned, a heavy rain started to fall, turning into a full-blown rainstorm. What a great experience that was! I'll never forget it.

And thank you for the invite; I will definitely plan on visiting your gardens when I am in Tucson next. Thank you for all your work with Wildlands! You're amazing!

Yes, good for us all to get out there and enjoy those good climate change days. It won't make up for the many bad ones (could someone please stop the rain in Romania?!!), but nice days help bring hope to the environment and to ourselves.

Yes, they are rare, so worth enjoying them. I know you guys are still getting way too much rain in most of the country... hope it stops soon.

Thank you, Jeanine! Yes, it was a gift. :) Everything is greener, the air is cleaner, and it's cool enough to be outside. We're enjoying it. And knowing that in a few days it will only be a memory, makes it more special.

That’s my attitude, too. Climate change and we are back-peddling policies and making it worse (inevitable disaster? I hope not). So when things are beautiful, we need to have a look and a walk.

Exactly. I mean, I worry enough (too much sometimes) about climate change and so many other things, so sometimes when it brings something unexpected but nice, I think we should just enjoy it. I know nature certainly is. I love how, at least in the desert, no matter when we have a bit of rain, everything wakes up, and things get green overnight.
